Delivery Information
Everything you need to know about how we ship Cerebro Scan to you.
Standard UK Delivery
We ship all UK orders via Evri standard delivery. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from the date of dispatch.
Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your parcel is collected by Evri.
UK Delivery Only
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside the UK and would like to be notified if international shipping becomes available, please use our contact form.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email from Evri with a tracking link. You can also track your parcel directly at evri.com using your tracking number. If you haven't received a dispatch email within 3 working days of ordering, please contact us via our contact page at cerebroscan.co.uk/contact.
Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or if the USB stick arrives damaged, please contact us via cerebroscan.co.uk/contact with your order number. We'll investigate with Evri and send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
